Below you will find our FAQ, to our most common questions we get about our service and how it works. But should you have additional questions, just ask using our contact form.

Q: How do you clean the car seats?
A: We follow each specific seat manufacturer’s guidelines for cleaning. We review the instructions for each seat before we begin. After review we follow a dry, wet, dry approach. We will vacuum any dirt or grime that we can on the covers as well as the base. We then follow guidelines for washing or wiping down the covers, straps, and any inserts. After, we will verify everything is completely dried and reattach the covers. Once finished cleaning, we verify all straps and settings are where the client desires and make sure it is ready for pickup or drop off.
Q: How long does cleaning take?
A: Cleaning time does vary based on service selected. Spot cleanings take around 1 hour, and deep cleanings we need at least 6 hours, but prefer to do overnight. Deep cleaning takes longer as we fully wash the covers, and most only allow to be air dried. We prefer to do overnight deep cleanings with an evening drop off, and early morning pickup to allow plenty of time to verify that all pieces are completely dry.
Q: What are your hours?
A: We offer a variety of hours based on location, service, and if the client prefers to come to us or for us to pick up. Drop off hours for deep cleanings go from 5-8PM, and morning pickups start at 7-9AM. However, we often work around specific client’s schedules. We also have weekend availability.
Q: Do you come to me, or do I have to drop off?
A: Either! We can come to you, or if you prefer you can drop off to us. We offer pickups in Rochester, Kasson, and surrounding towns. If you have any questions about whether we offer services to your area please reach out.
Q: What is Task Support?
A: It is a simple support system where we help you with a task that you need to complete or start. It can be Organizing, Dejunking, Arranging items, Decorating, Deep Cleaning and more. This service is to assit or help you with your project. Just ask if you want to know if we can help you.
Q: What kind of Car Detailing do you do?
A: Currently due to weather we are only offering Interior Car Detailing. As the weahter warms up me may offer exterioir detailing, just contact us with questions.
